Lost my Roku warranty what do I do? From Walmart

Jump to solution

Hi , so I bought my Roku from Walmart in Canada … I tried on google to search it up but it’s not showing anything ! Hoping someone can help me out …. So I bought my Roku from Walmart and when I bought it I got the 2 year extra warranty so I have 3 years altogether cause the 1 year Roku gives. Anyways I know the warranty includes covering for a remote so you don’t have to pay for a new one … even in store . So when I got the device the cashier gave me a paper and receipt with the warranty. But I lost the receipt while moving … is there any way when I go to Walmart they can confirm I paid for the warranty like by serial number or something ?? Thanks !

You bought the warranty from Walmart, so it's totally a Walmart issue.  Maybe someone here has experience dealing with Walmart warranties and can offer some advice, but you'd be better off with Walmart's customer service.
