Live TV Quality is terrible

I go to Arial and change channels like my old TV (I am about to reinstall) and quality is the worst I have ever seen on any TV? I dont want to STREAM ALL TV, as I have limited Wirless (200 gb a month). I have a good arial and cant understand hy there is so much difference between my 10 year old (Perfect reception)Sharp TV and New Roku? hopeless, ROKU DUMB TV FOR SALE, ALL OFFERS CONSIDERED, ALL PEOPLE ON THIS TV ARE GREEN LIKE MARTIANS
