Left Arrow Button going out. Pressure not working

Hi.

 

I bought a voice remote in May and the left arrow button has not been working well for the last month. Is there an option to have it replaced since it went out so soon?

Warranty in US is 1 year (don't know about elsewhere).

Note: On claims for remote controls, when they ask for serial numbers, the want the serial number from the DEVICE you are using the remote with, not the serial number of the remote.  (I know, this makes no sense, but Roku is Roku.)
