Language error, doesn't do the language i want it to, it just does spanish not english

I tried to watch Sargento stubby but it always plays in Spanish. I set my preferred language in English buy it always does in Spanish. And this is with most of the movies I watch. Probably cause I am in Mexico buy can't understand it but I don't get it cause I set the TV settings to English. Can I get some help what to do?

When your setting a preferred language it means for menus etc. Some programs do not have an English track so it may be why your not getting it in English. Have you been able to watch other things in English on the same channel before?
