It seems to have just died, I’m getting nothing

  • I’ve been having issues where the home button stopped working. I’d unplug the power to the stick and it would usually fix the issue. The other night I was watching tv and left the room for a few minutes, when I heard the sound stop. Walked into the room and it had somehow gone back to the Home Screen. Last night the same thing happened but it wouldn’t turn back on. Unplugged the device again and nothing. The remote will turn the tv on but nothing else. It’s like there isn’t anything happening but TV power on/off. The WiFi is still working in my place just fine. Not sure what to do. I’ve checked the faq and done all these restart techniques

If you're using the TV's USB port to power the stick, try using the supplied USB power adapter plugged into the wall.
