I just received a 55R6A5R Roku Plus TV and it won't Play Dolby Vision but will play HDR and HDR10+

I recently bought a brand new 55R6A5R Roku Plus TV and it will play HDR and HDR10+ but it won't play Dolby Vision. I have tried factory reset, I have tried removing the channels, restarting, and re-adding the channels. I downloaded a test Dolby Vision only, with no HDR fallback Video and it played it with messed up colors and gave me the SDR options in the picture settings while playing. I'm at a loss, I really don't want to return it.

I also wanted to add, when I use an DV only video through USB for the Roku media player. Same thing, no DV, messed up colors.

Hi, @Posthxc

Thanks for the update!

Our team is currently working on this.

In the meantime, our team would like to request a video regarding the issue. It can also help if you can provide the differences in the display quality of both videos (Dolby Vision and HDR, HDR1).

Hoping for your response.

Thanks,
