I cannot turn my Roku t v off. It keeps coming back on

I am disabled and have installed a Roku t v set in my bedroom toget Netflix. I cannot turn it off at night. I keeps coming backonafter a few minutes.I need my sleep. I cannot get out of bed to unplug it help please
