Re: I can't get my TV back on

Here's my situation,,,,left the room w/ the tv on 'hold' when I attempted to bring the screen back, it did not respond,,,so, I thought to un-plug it...BIG mistake, now it won't turn on!!

Please advise,

Re: I can't get my TV back on

I wrote previously...did not tell you I am referring to my RCA Roku TV.

As I previously stated, when it would not respond, I unplugged it and now it will NOT turn on!

So, what do I do now?

Re: I can't get my TV back on

Hi @544,

Greetings from the Roku Community!

We understand you're having a problem with your Roku TV since it will not turn on. We're happy to assist you. Please make sure that your power cable is connected properly and plugged in. If it still won't turn on, remove the power cable for five seconds, and then plug it back in. If that fails then you will have to reset your Roku TV using the reset button.

You can also check out this support article here on how to system restart or factory reset your Roku streaming device.

If the problem still persists, please let us know.

All the best,

John
