Thank you for letting us know about your concern with the closed captions on your Roku. We are more than happy to provide more information about this.

As of now, closed captioning is not available in picture-in-picture mode on the Roku streaming platform. If you're using the Roku mobile app and trying to use picture-in-picture closed captioning, it won't work. However, if you're only watching the Roku Channel on the Roku Mobile app, you will be able to see the closed captioning. Your feedback on this issue is valuable, and I will ensure that it reaches the right team for further consideration.
