How to migrate to API version 2 to use RokuAv2_DecoderSetSpeed setting the playback speed?

Hi there, 

For the new API version 2, How to RokuAv2_Decoder instance to RokuAv_Player (in API version 1 and 2)? Will love to set up the playback speed as YouTube app does.
