Have upgraded several remotes with newer ones but apparently did not change them in My Devices. How do I delete the name of the old remote and enter the name of my new remote in My Devices ?

We'd be more than happy to assist you with your concern regarding this matter.

Kindly try to navigate to your Home screen and select Settings > select Remotes & devices > select the remote you want to remove.
