Hi! Our box seems to be covered by a protective box so we cannot access it. What to do now?
Protective box? Is this your own Roku or are you at some sort of rental or timeshare?
Yeah, that’s a really odd and vague question. I guess it could be mean anything from the packaging it came in from a store to a bank vault.
