How to Change Streaming Quality on Amazon Prime with hisense roku tv

Hi, I am unable to adjust my streaming quality on prime app to a lesser quality.  On HD it's eating up too much of my data.  I have tried contacting Amazon Prime and they suggested many things that didn't work as well as removing the Prime app and reinstalling the new version which they say definitely has the gear icon necessary to adjust the quality.  I've done that, but still no gear icon or anyplace I can find to change it.

Any ideas?
