How do you Change Batteries on the voice control remote?

We have the remote with the voice command option.  The back of it is one piece and on the sides it curves around the voice command switch and on the other side it curves around the volume controls.

How do you remove the cover to change the batteries?

Is it rechargeable?  Is there a button on the back and a micro USB connection on the end?

Even if rechargeable, how do you change batteries if you have lost charger?

How do you change batteries in a rechargeable voice remote if remote misplaced?

@Ldietlin3, the batteries in a rechargeable remote are not meant (or designed) to be replaced.  Any USB power adapter/charger will work with the Roku rechargeable remotes.
