How do I screen cast my Motorola 5G stylus to my Hisense Roku 58 inch TV

I've got a Moto G Power and same issue. I've got TCL roku TVs. It worked fine shortly after I got the Tvs and then the TV recieved and update overnight and since then, no casting. My wife's samsung phone casts just fine.

Also, it might be worthwhile to add that my Moto phone has no issue casting to my Android TV.

Does Motorola and Roku have beef or something? seems like I read that somewhere once. Bottom line, it doesn't work.

Re: How do I screen cast my Motorola 5G stylus to my Hisense Roku 58 inch TV

Hi @cwarren77,

Welcome to the Roku Community!

We're happy to help you with your problem casting your Motorola phone to your Roku TV. What Android version is your Motorola phone running? To troubleshoot the issue, please try to restart your Roku TV by following the steps below:

  1. Press Home on your Roku remote.
  2. Scroll and select Settings.
  3. Select System.
  4. Select Power. If you do not see a Power submenu, skip to the next step.
  5. Select System Restart.

After doing so, please restart your phone and ensure that your Android version is compatible with the software version of the Roku TV. You can also check out this link here on how to cast supported apps from your phone to a Roku TV.

Please keep us posted on what you find out.
All the best,
Eunice
