I add the Spectrum add to my home page, but when I switch to guest mode so that my guests can use it, it’s not there. How can I make it show up in guest mode so my guests don’t have to add it themselves
.
Sorry, but I don't think it's possible. All you can do is leave instructions for your guests for how to add it.
Well then how do the other pre-loaded apps show up?

Roku has a "default" group of apps that install automatically, and that's likely what you get in guest mode. But as @renojim mentioned, Roku does not provide any way to preconfigure what is available for a device in guest mode. It's been requested for some time, but so far nothing has come from it.
Have they still not done this
Welcome, @Ch15.
Thanks for stopping by!
We appreciate you inquiring about this, and we'd like to clarify things for you.
Right now, this feature isn't available in guest mode on all Roku devices yet, as you'll need to manually add an app to the guest mode home screen. We’ll take your feedback and share it with the team.
If you need any more help, don't hesitate to get our attention!

Would love this enhancement too. I have a vacation rental property with 7 TVs. Roku is my consistent interface as I have several tv models. I did install a streaming tv service on each tv and have not turned on guest mode because guests would loose access to the pre installed tv service tv app. This enhancement request has been out there for years so just think it’s likely something Roku does not want to support.
I agree with everyone here. If you want to dominate the streaming market in the vacation rental space, this needs to be fixed. If I provide YouTube tv for my guests, I want it pre configured.
I've been hoping for the ability to add default guest apps for years. Like many others, I have Spectrum in a rental unit to make it as easy as possible for guests to watch local live TV without having to have a Spectrum cable box. I can't use Guest mode because of this.
I was able to set up the Roku in standard (non-guest) mode so that purchasing apps is disabled, and the Spectrum app along with just a few other major apps are installed. Guests can technically open a streaming app and login with their own credentials, but I have instructions to remind them to log out before they leave if they do this. My instructions strongly recommend that they AirPlay or Cast from the streaming apps on their mobile devices instead of logging in with their credentials and tell them how to do this.
Seeing @RokuEmmanuel-D say "this feature isn't available in guest mode on all Roku devices yet" gives me hope, but I'm not holding my breath.
