@Keith-edgar, we need a lot more information. "Update settings"? What do you mean by that? What exactly are you trying to do?
Being deaf I am trying to enlarge some of the subtitles and change the text to yellow to make easier to read
@Keith-edgar, the subtitle/caption settings that can be changed are under the Accessibility settings. However, some apps don't appear to honor those settings or may have their own. If there's one specific app that you're having trouble with, you may want to contact the provider/developer of that app.
