I recently added a new device to my Roku account. Now when signed into my account, my devices do not show my HDMI ports. When I sign out and return to the basic screen the ports are active.
I have restarted my systems, removed and added the TV to my account, but still cannot access the ports.
Please assist.

It's not clear what you're doing/asking. Do you have a Roku device connected to a Roku TV? If so, you need to use the TV's remote to access the inputs. If that's not it, give us more details.
