HDMI Port Busted- Can we just get the Roku box receiver

The HDMI port is busted in the back of our Roku Express, but the remote still works and controls the TV. We're wondering if we can just get the Roku receiver box portion and not the remote?

Hi @escherr,

Thanks for letting us know about this concern.

Just to confirm, was the Roku Express HDMI Port physically damaged? Additionally, you can browse for available devices on our website.

We hope this helps.

@RokuJanadeeK Not sure what happened to it but the HDMI port is loose & moving around.

I've never seen Roku (or any other manufacturer) offer one piece of hardware without the other included hardware. Honestly, your Express is so inexpensive it's really considered throwaway. Right now the Express 4K+ is on sale for the same price as the basic Express ($29.99) and it's a huge improvement over your existing Express. Other than the same basic name, they are nothing alike.
