Same issue here. My Airbnb has stoney in the title and I can't set it as the welcome message. Very strange.

Thanks for reaching out.

You can customize the message on the Guest mode Welcome screen.

Here's how you can edit it...

By default, your guests will be greeted on the TV with the message "Welcome! Enjoy your stay."

Use the following instructions to customize the Guest Mode welcome screen.

1. Sign in to https://my.roku.com/account
2. Scroll down to My streaming devices & TVs
3. Find your Roku device and select Customize welcome message
4. Enter your personalized greeting up to 40 characters and select Publish/Save
