Guest Mode: Unable to complete your request

Hi.

I own a vacation rental property with a Roku Ultra. We've enabled Guest Mode on the device.

While I own the property, we are currently visiting it as if we were guests. I put in my check out date, logged into Netflix and Hulu, added and logged in to ESPN+.

I have also added Max and Disney+ but when I go to login I get the message "We are unable to complete your request in Guest Mode." Why is this happening?

Oddly enough, when I added Spotify in Guest Mode, it said something about my Spotify account already being linked to this device.

Is it possible that Disney+ and Max are also linked to the device? I can't seem to find a place in my Roku account that shows that Spotify is linked, let alone Disney+ and Max.

I am familiar with the guide on how guest mode works. I've also chatted with support to unplug and restart both the Roku and router (twice), then factory reset the device.

Is there a known issue with Max and Disney+ in Guest Mode?
