Factory reset and can not enter the code to finish the setup

I factory reset my Roku and now I’m trying to set it up. At this point I am told to go to a web browser and enter ( Roku. com/link ) then enter the code displayed on my TV.  When I try to go to Roku.com/link I can not find where to enter the code I have.

What's the model number of the device written on it somewhere?  Roku hasn't used codes in years and if it's a device that's no longer supported I don't think you'll be able to link it.
