Error: Wireless receiver not detected

My long range wireless receiver is not detected now and I can't find a solution for it. Need this resolved quickly. Thank you,

What's the model number of your stick written on it someplace?

You need one or the other of these:
https://www.roku.com/products/accessories/usb-power-cable-with-long-range-wifi-receiver
https://www.roku.com/products/accessories/usb-power-cable-with-long-range-wifi-receiver-streaming-st...

They sometimes fail, but make sure it's there in the first place.
