You can update a Roku TV via USB, so that’s a workaround. I’m on my phone so can’t get the website for you.

Thanks again in advance!
We recently relocated to a season job where we aren’t able to use our wifi/router. We have tried to connect to our employer’s WiFi, but couldn’t. (Error code 014) After reading all the threads and trying everything suggested we decided to do a factory reset as recommended. Now we can’t update (error code 003) Our Roku TV is completely worthless. Please help!
To get past the update problem, try connecting to your phone's hotspot if possible.

My 4K.SS will not go past "Can't update" Error 003
I've gone to the 'software update' page several times. "Try updating again" just refreshes with "Can't update" page again. At long last it was "checking for software update" but cycled back to "Can't update."
I've unplugged the TV, the router, the WiFi (eero), and still nothing. I'm typing on my laptop utilizing our eero Wifi mesh network.
When I hit the "home" button the screen goes purple with ROKU in the upper left corner. And the only way out of that is to start the process all over again.
Thanks for helpful input.
I've looked extensively in the community and still come up empty on results.
Judging by the posts here, eero mesh Wi-Fi seems to cause problems with Roku devices. @AvsGunnar may have some suggestions, but if you can, try connecting to your phone's hotspot to get past the update problem.
I changed our modem, and that's when the problem began. Previously, we had it connected to a Comcast modem with the eero mesh network, and had no issues. Previous to that it was connected to a Ziply modem and operated for years.
