Let's start with Roku model number from Settings/System/About and also router model number and ISP (internet service provider).
Are you getting any error codes/numbers displaying? Exactly what is occuring.
Are you able to connect your Roku device to a mobile hotspot (if available to you)?
I am in the same boat/ what fixed yours? I don’t get how everything was fine then boop! And yeah other devices are still connected
