Do Terms of Service allow Roku to change and add items to my home screen

I am curious as to the Roku Terms of Service if this allows Roku to f*** around with my homescreen and make changes to settings that I have previously made. I now see a Categories section and also a Browse section. Again, do the terms of service with Roku give them the right to do this? If so, it's BS, plain and simple.

Re: Do Terms of Service allow Roku to change and add items to my home screen

I googled up the agreement page, and found:

“Updates include things like bug fixes, improvements to the user interface or how you access content, for security purposes, and other changes that may add, change, or remove certain features and functionality.”

So… yep…  And I would assume most other internet-connected devices, systems, and services have similar statements. Although I must say, that rolling the change out to some random group of users, and then only adding the options to turn the feature on and off weeks later seems dumb.  However, by now I think most people now have the setting to turn it off.

Banned but back. Because why not?
