Hi all, I am currently trying to log into the roku mobile app on my Android phone. Everytime I log in it is giving me security requirement errors.
My phone has not been "jailbroken" or modified in any way. I've reset my phone, un-installed and reinstalled the app, as well as deleting the cache in both my roku app and the Google play store app. I have as well ran google protect(?) Scans as well as malware byte scans and nothing is out of the ordinary.
I'm not sure what else I can do for this issue, please let me know if there any other solutions I can try to be able to log into this app.

I've been trying to get a response to this for months now. I see people on reddit and other forums with the same problem so it has to be a bug on Roku's side somehow but they don't seem to be addressing it. They just ask for your software versions, tell you to reinstall, and then stop responding.

I currently have a Samsung S21 Ultra which I believe is running on android version 14.
I can't tell you the exact version of Roku but as verified from Play store it was updated 5/2

It is incredibly frustrating to not have the app work. Fingers crossed maybe they can do something, Ive been seeing a lot of similar posts as well so I don't have much hope unfortunately.
I've seen in some of the other posts here where people have gotten it to work by sideloading older versions. I'm on an iphone so that's not an option for me but it's something you could search for if you don't get any useful resolution here.
