Does anyone know how long it takes to receive an order, a remote to be exact?I ordered it 2 days ago and received an email from Roku saying it was shipped. I checked the tracking number and USPS said a shipping label was made but that they have not received the item to be shipped yet. So far I've gone 3 days without watching TV and it's driving me crazy😵💫. So far my little fur baby🐾 Mr Puggy has chewed up 4 remotes.😡
Hi @Barrick3! Oh no, Mr. Puggy’s been on a remote rampage! 😅 Totally get how frustrating it is to be without your TV, especially for a few days.
Good news: your remote should be on its way soon. Sometimes tracking shows a delay between when the label is created and when USPS scans it in. In the meantime, you can use the free Roku mobile app as a remote — it works great for quick access. Download it for free to your mobile device.
We’ll also follow up directly with a shipping update to keep you posted. Hang in there! 🐾📦
Thanks,
Austin

In my experience with UPS, it usually takes 2 to 3 days after a label is created, before something actually ships.
