Hey ROKU, I have a defective piece of garbage here I purchased from you, I need to return for replacement. How does one reach a ROKU representative?  Your website here is BROKEN  https://support.roku.com/contactus/contact-options

Device sluggish when it wants to respond, your voice remote pro all voice features disabled, constantly turns itself on. Under NO CIRCUMSTANCES does ROKU have the right to eavesdrop on my household!
