So sick and tires of Roku. Have 5 of them of various types for about 5 years. They freeze, crash and become unresponsive to remotes. I've upgraded and had a couple replaced. Also remotes don't last long. What garbage! I have a TB streaming and it isn't the providers, isn't my router, isn't my speed/connectivity. It's the **bleep** ultra Roku boxes.
