Controlling volume coming out of the Roku device itself rather than at the display

I have a Roku Ultra that I'd like to play through a computer monitor which has audio passthrough to external speakers. Problem I'm having is that I can only control the audio volume at that point using the physical buttons on the monitor itself (or the dial on the speakers, neither of which is especially convenient.

Is there any setting available that would allow the volume buttons on the Roku remote to contorl the audio output level from the Roku itself? Or in any other way allow me to vary the audio output level from the Roku instead of on the display?

Thanks!

Sorry, no.  Roku remotes can only control the volume of TVs.  You could use a Roku Streambar instead of the Ultra and its remote would control its volume.
