Controller war with neighbors

So for about a month now all my TV's will change apps and or volumes, come to find out my remotes and my neighbors remotes control each others Roku devices and we are on different wifi. Totally not cool at all. Something needs to change because we are going to get rid of all of our TV's if this issue doesn't get fixed. Is anyone else having these issues. It's intrusive of the company to allow this issue to happen in the first place, we have had Roku for years but this is just ridiculous.
