Casting from Meta Quest 2 VR to Hisense Roku TV

Hi, I have spent countless hours trying to cast from our Meta Quest 2 VR to our Hisense Roku TV. I am not at all tech savvy.
The only thing that seems to work is casting the VR gaming to my iPhone and then screen mirroring to the tv. 
There is no option on the VR to cast directly to the tv. I’m not sure if it needs the Chromecast app or Chromecast dongle to do so (from what I have been reading and trying to piece together).
I have tried searching to install the Chromecast but it is not found in searching for apps.
At this point I would appreciate any help I can get.
