Cast to Roku power outage

We had a power outage last night & since then our Roku TVs aren’t working. The tv will go on & also Roku, but the Roku remote won’t work. We have tried just about everything. It has to be the Roku devices. Help!  We have wasted enough time on this. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you!

Re: Cast to Roku power outage

Hi @Swmersue1,

Welcome, and thanks for your first post here in the Roku Community!

We would be more than happy to look further into this issue. Have you tried restarting your Roku device to see if it helps? We would recommend doing this from the Settings menu by navigating from Settings > System > Power > System restart (If you do not see a Power submenu, skip to the next step).

Please keep us posted, and we'll continue assisting you from there.

All the best,

Chel
