Cannot activate TCL Roku TV.

I am reading the posts, and many people are having this same problem. I have a TCL Roku TV. I have tried factory resetting several times. I am able to connect to the internet, and update the software, but unable to get activation code. It has said "We can't seem to reach you by email" for over a week now. Please, someone from Roku, fix this issue!
