Can’t see all the numbers & Lettres in the Search box

I can’t see all the letters & numbers on the search box when searching for a movie. I have the same problem with closed caption, can’t see the words at the bottom of the screen. Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention.
Would you mind sending us a photo of the said issue? Also, kindly try to perform a reboot on your device by:

  1. Press Home on your Roku remote.
  2. Scroll and select Settings.
  3. Select System.
  4. Select Power. If you do not see a Power submenu, skip to the next step.
  5. Select System Restart.

Let us know how it goes.
