Can’t move apps on thr Roku Home Screen

I cannot move the apps on both of my Roku devices.

When selecting an app and pressing the *, I get the error: Not connected to the internet.

The device is connected and streams with no trouble.

Does anyone have a workaround?

I just installed a new Roku TV yesterday and had the same problem. I seemed to solve the problem by repairing the remote with the TV. Follow the repairing instructions.

I had the same issue with my new Roku TV. I followed the Roku instructions to repair my remote and it seems to be working now.
