Can’t login to Disney without alphanumeric buttons

Jump to solution

We have the simple Roku remote with a Disney+ shortcut button. Disney wants me to log in, either with a numeric code or my password. I can’t find a workaround. Please help.

Thank you for sharing your concerns in the Roku Community, @Mamapt.

We truly value your input regarding this issue. Please note that while the Roku remote doesn't include a dedicated numeric code button, you can conveniently enter numbers by clicking on the designated box. This will bring up a pop-up keyboard, enabling you to select the numbers you need.

We appreciate your understanding and are here to assist you further if needed.

Thanks,
Jharra

Make sure you have selected the text field.  If a keyboard doesn't appear on-screen, as soon as the field is selected, try pressing OK.

Banned but back. Because why not?
