Have Roku account.

Just purchased Roku Express 4K+ as 5 year old Roku Ultra was "acting up."

Deactivated the old device.  Hooked in the new one.

On the "Activate Your Roku Player" page it "can't seem to reach" me at the email address which IS my Roku account email.

Then, when trying to "Activate with a QR Code" it just spins "Loading QR Code"

So I'm stuck.  Can't use email. Can't use QR code.

Looks like no one is going to respond to you. I would suggest contacting support directly if you have not done so already. The link is found under ‘support’ at the bottom of each page here.

Sorry I could not be of more assistance. If I was going to troubleshoot the issue myself, I would try adding a different email address, perhaps and deleting the old one. I’m pretty sure though that by now you have contacted support for this issue. Let us know if you found a fix.
