How can I receive Canadian channels in the USA such as CBC Gem?

It is mostly likely region locked, and use your IP address and other factors to determine where you are. There are no easy ways around it, and any details would cause this thread to be deleted.

I know you want more than this, but at least there is a free live channel called 'CBCNEWS Explore' in both The Roku Channel and Plex.
