We have a Roku Express 4K+, bought in October 2023. It's January 25th. Our "Home" works, I can see everything. When I go to Fubo, Netflix or Prime (and others) and choose a show and press play (I can see what I'm choosing), there is only a black screen. Audio works! I can see the thumbnails when I fast forward or rewind. I've tried unplugging, soft reset, and other ideas on this site, Youtube, etc. Nothing is working. NFL Championship games are in 3 days! Help!
