Re: Battery drain on Roku remote

Hi @PFC

Welcome to the Roku Community!

We appreciate you raising your concern. Help is here. May we ask if you are using the private listening function on your remote? We'd like to know how often you've used the remote. Are there any recent changes on your Roku device, perhaps in the setup or settings, that might cause the problem? Have you tried replacing the batteries on your Roku remote to see if that helps resolve the issue?

With more information, we will be there to assist you.

Thanks
Arvy
