Did you mean:

Auto connect for streaming.

We just updated to a new Arris modem combo and returned the leased unit to our provider.
Prior to updating the modem, when we turned on the TV (only used for streaming), the system would connect to our internet service automatically.  It is an older TV.  Now when we turn on the TV using the new modem, we have to manually sign on each time as it does not connect automatically.
What am I missing?  I have looked through the settings and cannot find anything that allows the TV to stay connected.

Try going into your Roku settings and disabling the "automatic power saving" feature if enabled.

Settings/System/Power/Auto Power Savings/20-min inactivity. [uncheck box to disable]

Am assuming you have an actual RokuTV, and not a Roku streaming player connected to a TV via HDMI.
