Arbitration Agreement on Roku Remote App and TV

Last night when we were under a Tornado Warning, we turned on our TV to try and access the local news on our basement TV (which is watched regularly) and got the Arbitration Agreement update for the Roku Android App that we had to sit through as it downloaded and updated, and then on the TV as the warning.
