An avatar showed up on our tv screen

Help! We had folks visit us from out of town.  All of a sudden we have an avatar on the bottom right of our tv screen that we can’t get rid of.

I’ve checked Google for answers and found nothing that helps.

Thanks!  mhoffman542

A picture might help because I have no idea what you mean.

Banned but back. Because why not?

Re: An avatar showed up on our tv screen

The situation appears to have resolved itself.  I switched inputs and when I came back to our Roku input, the image was finally gone.

I'm experiencing the same issue. She's a young woman. I researched which settings to turn off her narration, but why does she still appear in the bottom right of my screen uninvited?

As before, a picture might help.

@msrhorowitz, the channel/app you're using would be helpful.  I'm going to guess it's YouTube.

Re: An avatar showed up on our tv screen

I tried the settings on You Tube and other apps. Eventually, the remote stopped working and when I replaced the batteries, the avatar was gone. Thanks for everyone's help.
