AirPlay Volume Control not Working

Anyone ever hear back if Roku has plans to implement volume control via Apple AirPlay 2 - or why have are choosing not to implement?  I haven't seen the archived thread linked above, but sounds like no.

 

@Roku - Can you please implement/enable volume control via Apple AirPlay2 like with other devices (e.g. Apple TVs and even an Ecobee thermostat!?!)?
