When I try to add another device in another room, it says let's get started and asks what language, does a wireless scan to find my network. When I click on my network I enter the password, its checking wireless connection and internet connection and is then saying it's connected. Then It says now your Roku software will be updated and will automatically restart. So it appears to update but then just goes back to the "Let's get started screen to start all over. Please help, I can't talk to anyone in support and don't know what to do. Thank you.
If you're using the TV's USB port to power the device, try a USB power adapter plugged into the wall. If it didn't come with one, try one from a phone or tablet that can supply at least 1 Amp (1000mA).
