my first R6 series 58" tv was hacked so badly, it wouldn't even turn on. bought another one and again, hacked and reprogrammed via 50+ developer channels added to my account, most of which i can't even see, unless i'm in the "secret" channels menu. and they aren't listed in the roku channels - the channels are in akamai's cloud, where the hacker stores them. i know this because i enabled developer settings in the hopes that i could delete them, but an akamai login screen appeared, which service i don't use. my 20th factory reset resulted in a recovery screen with the wrong serial number for my tv, and i can't update the software. i am not going to go waste more money attempting to upload the software update via usb, because i am certain that won't work, either. deleted my account and started over, to no avail. there are developer channels in my tv BEFORE i connect it to my roku account. i am at my wit's end.
