014 error can’t connect to network

Got the 014 error on one tv. Other tcl Roku tvs are fine. Factory reset did not work signal strength excellent. Verizon 5G internet working fine for all other devices

It seems you're getting error 014, you may try the steps below.

  1. Restart your streaming device: Home > System > Power. If there’s no Power submenu, proceed to the next step: restart the system.
  2. Restart your modem and router: unplug for 60 seconds and re-plug
  3. Connect your Roku to a mobile hotspot if your phone has cellular data.

I am having the same problem! Only one tv showing error 014 and won’t connect to the internet
