You can get a quick XML View of the installed channels on a Roku device via a web browser.

1. Find your Roku's IP address (Settings/Network/About).  Use this IP address in command below.

2. Open web broswer.  Type in the following -  http://RokuIPaddressNumber:8060/query/apps

(example... http://192.168.0.001:8060:query/apps)

Thank you! That worked. 

I just wish Roku would make it easier by adding that function to the website.
